If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery via email at [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +60 11 2617 7005. We are happy to exchange any faulty items upon arrival.

Items are deemed as faulty or damaged if:

- The earrings have fallen apart upon arrival


Handmade polymer clay products may have unwanted marks or imperfections, such as fingerprints, slight variances or small bubbles due to the baking process. Nevertheless, we ensure that each item is carefully selected, thoroughly checked and perfectly packaged before sold. Kindly take this into your consideration before purchasing. 

Moreover, colour might be slightly different due to photographic lighting effect or your monitor/phone brightness setting.

These slight imperfections do not affect the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the item. Therefore returns will not be accepted on the basis of these small imperfections.
